Thomas Marriott , “Individuation” Origin 82442
Winner of the 1999 Carmine Caruso International Jazz Competition, the Seattle-based trumpeter/flugelhornist made his mark in New York over the last 5 years in performances with Rosemary Clooney, Bob Berg, Bebe Valdez, Joe Locke and world tours with Maynard Fergusen. "Individuation" features Thomas' warm, fluid sound and the work of vibist Joe Locke and NY pianist David Budway performing originals and arrangements of "Sing a Song," and Miles' "Tout de Suite."
